The Metro2 Conference runs from Sunday evening, Feb 14-Wednesday evening, Feb 17. The dates on the hotel registration link include nights before and after that can be booked for the group rate at the hotel. MAKE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING FOR THE EXACT DATES YOU WILL NEED. Please plan on using the conference hotel. We must hit our guest room number to insure we get the food and beverage numbers we have negotiated. Thank you.

Yes, the Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel is for 169.00 USD per night . The last day to register for your room is January 31. It is VERY important that you use the hotel chosen for the conference to fulfill our room block.
